…I am going through menopause and I have no real desire for sex. I love my husband and acquiesce to his desires at least two times a week. But I don”t like it.
…My question is how do you go about navigating sexual intimacy questions or issues with your spouse if communication is tricky in your marriage?
…I am a breastfeeding mother of a newborn and toddler and definitely have low-sex drive. I am usually exhausted by evening and can’t seem to ever tell my husband what I want sexually. I’m looking forward to hearing ideas from you guys! My question however is this: my husband and I have wondered if it’s ok to view porn together if it gives us ideas to use or if it helps us (more so me) to get into the mood.
…How important is it to spice up our sex life – maybe showing him how I feel, touch, masturbate for my husband?
…Do you recommend a store or website to find tasteful lingerie or sex toys? I feel like most of the places I have seen are either too raunchy or sell porn – which makes me not want to support that store. Thanks!

I’m so glad you explained how breastfeeding can affect a woman’s sex drive. I definitely experienced that with my second son, and felt like something was wrong with me because I had absolutely no desire. It was nice to hear the physiology behind it, wish I had known that back then! We have thankfully worked through it and moved on, but it was a tough time. Interesting questions, great podcast!
